This morning 1BN enjoyed testing the boats that we have made in our DT lessons. We carefully used a hot glue gun to add two lollipop stickers to the side of a waterproof container. We put an elastic band around the two sticks and then twisted half a lollipop stick in the elastic band to make a propeller. The boats moved really well as long as we twisted the stick the correct way…otherwise they ended up going backwards!
